Service Agreement

By scheduling and using Coastal Junk Removal services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about items to be removed
  • Ensure safe and legal access to your property
  • Be present or designate an authorized representative during service
  • Pay agreed-upon fees according to our pricing structure
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Pricing and Payment

Our pricing is based on volume and type of items removed:

  • Quotes are provided on-site before work begins
  • Payment is due upon completion of service
  • We accept cash, check, and major credit cards
  • Additional fees may apply for hazardous materials
  • Prices may vary based on location and accessibility

All prices are subject to change without notice. Current pricing will be confirmed at time of service.

Service Limitations

We cannot remove the following items:

  • Hazardous materials (paint, chemicals, asbestos)
  • Medical waste or biohazardous materials
  • Radioactive materials
  • Items requiring special permits or handling
  • Anything illegal or stolen

We reserve the right to refuse service for items that pose safety risks or violate local regulations.

Liability and Insurance

Coastal Junk Removal is fully licensed, bonded, and insured. However:

  • Our liability is limited to the value of items removed
  • We are not responsible for pre-existing property damage
  • Customers must report any damage within 24 hours
  • We recommend removing valuable items before service
  • Insurance claims must be filed within 30 days

Cancellation Policy

Appointment cancellations and rescheduling:

  • Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before appointment
  • Same-day cancellations may incur a service fee
  • No-shows will be charged a minimum service fee
  • Weather-related cancellations are handled case-by-case
  • We reserve the right to cancel for safety reasons

Dispute Resolution

In case of disputes:

  • Contact us immediately to discuss concerns
  • We will work in good faith to resolve issues
  • Disputes will be governed by Florida state law
  • Arbitration may be required for certain disputes
  • Legal proceedings must be filed in appropriate Florida courts
